We offer dedicated victim-centered, impartial and comprehensive information to individuals raising concerns, ensuring they are aware of the relevant processes, policy frameworks and support available.
This includes providing initial information and guidance on:
- navigating where and how to formally report allegations of misconduct and the different support resources available during the process, such as psychological support;
- how to address possible issues before engaging informal conflict resolution mechanisms;
- options for informal resolution of workplace conflicts or disputes;
- the various relevant policies and procedures underpinning the whistleblowing ecosystem.
During the process, we liaise with the relevant offices or resources to help keep you informed about the status of your reported allegations.
Any information you share with us will be kept confidential in line with relevant policies, and we will only share it with other offices if we have obtained your consent.
We also provide support to regional and country offices and UN internal victims' groups by providing guidance on best practices and practical solutions.
