The primary aim of the Personnel Representation (staff and non-staff) is to promote the professional and personal well-being of every UNOPS personnel (local, homebased and headquarters). We do this by working to promote fair working conditions. The Personnel Representatives provide all UNOPS colleagues, irrespective of their contract modality, with an independent and confidential space to voice concerns and suggest ideas for improvement.
The Personnel Representatives serve as a communication channel between the personnel and UNOPS management, and seek to foster a culture of partnership with management. We work collaboratively to promote a productive work environment for all personnel through communication and by connecting personnel to important decisions and activities.
