The Ethics Office will handle this report with strict confidentiality, in accordance with internal policies.

If you wish to remain anonymous, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible in your report. Without contact details, we cannot contact you for additional information or to verify the validity of the information you have provided. This may impede a complete and accurate review of the allegations in your report. We can also not protect you from any retaliation.

You may wish to include an disposable email address that you can check regularly. If needed, the Ethics Office can then contact you for additional information to ensure a complete and accurate review of your report.
