Report sexual misconduct

Here you can submit a report of sexual abuse, sexual exploitation or sexual harassment. The report will be reviewed by the Internal Audit and Investigation Group, as this is the principal channel for receiving allegations of all types of misconduct except for retaliation (reports should be submitted to the Ethics Office), and harassment, abuse of authority and discrimination (reports should be submitted to the Workplace Conduct Team).

The Internal Audit and Investigations Team (IAIG) will handle this report with strict confidentiality in accordance with internal policies. You, as a reporter, must also keep this report confidential and not talk to anybody outside of the Investigations team about it.

Please note that an email address is required to submit a report. This is to allow IAIG to contact you if additional information is needed to review your report. You may use any email that you want and feel safe to refer to for reporting purposes. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can create a disposable email address. Please make sure that you monitor this email address regularly in case IAIG contacts you to obtain additional information.
